Where can the final creative assets be used?

You can upload the final assets on any media platform that accepts their aspect ratios. 

Please keep in mind music licensing rights If you/our design studio has applied a music track from Facebook's 'Creator Studio' sound collection library, as these videos can then only be used for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
